RETURNS POLICY

If the product you received doesn't fit well or you're not happy with the color, you have the option to request a return.

RETURN STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Exchanges and returns are eligible within 7 days after receiving the package.
  2. Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they meet the following conditions:
  • They are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All labels and tags must be completely intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  1. Please note that innerwear items will not be eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.
  3. If the desired exchange product is out of stock, we will issue store credit, which can be used within 4 months.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is not covered by FITU. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN SRI LANKA

  1. Ensure that your return meets the standards and conditions mentioned in the policy (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, and in original packaging).
  2. If the desired exchange item is in stock, you can send your return to the FITU Warehouse at the following address: FITU Unicus (Pvt) Ltd, 167/3, Makola Road,Kiribathgoda.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

  1. If you want to return your order for store credit, please make sure it meets the return standards and conditions mentioned in the policy.
  1. You can return the package by courier to the FITU Warehouse at the same address mentioned above. (Unicus (Pvt) Ltd, 167/3, Makola Road, Kiribathgoda) 
  1. Attach a slip with the following information:

   - Order number

   - Names of returning items as per the invoice

   - Contact number

   - Reason for return

  1. Upon receiving your returned item, the FITU team will inspect it and proceed to issue store credits if all return conditions are met.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you have an international order and need to exchange or return an item, kindly write an email to FITU at [email protected]. Their team will guide you through the process.

MISSING ITEM OR RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, FITU is committed to resolving the issue promptly.

For missing items or damaged items, write an email to FITU at [email protected] or contact them through WhatsApp at +94716385275.

Provide your order number and details about the missing or damaged item.

Please allow FITU 10-14 working days to arrange a solution for you.
