FITU - Return and Exchange Policy


At FITU, we take pride in creating products you’ll love. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist with your return, exchange, or refund process.  



Return and Exchange Eligibility 


We offer a 14-day return window for all items (excluding items discounted by 10% or more). Please ensure your items meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or exchange:  


  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.  

  • tems must be in their original packaging.  

  • Items with pilling, markings, stains, or strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.  

  •  Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles, and bags cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.  

  • Bodysuits, socks, and other undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.  


Important: Our 14-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents.  


If your items meet the return conditions, a store credit will be issued to the email attached to your order (excluding shipping costs). Store credits, coupon codes, and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.  


Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.  



Issues with Your Order


If your order is missing an item, contains an incorrect product, or includes damaged items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Out-of-Stock Exchanges


If your desired exchange product is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  


Return Shipping and Locations  

Please be aware that the cost of returning the item is not covered by FITU. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses


You may also return your order to the FITU Warehouse on Kiribathgoda, provided all return conditions are met.  


International Orders

For international returns, please contact our support team via email at info@fituonline.com, and we will assist you.  


Returns on Sale Items


  • Items discounted 10% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

  • Items discounted less than 10% can be returned within the 14-day window, provided all return conditions are met.  


Exchanges for Gift Items


Exchanges for gift items are limited to the same item/color in an alternate size. Please coordinate with the gift giver, as we may require their name and contact details to verify the purchase.  

Refunds or store credits will not be issued for gift items.
