Sri Lanka Orders

Orders within Sri Lanka will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Shipping Rates: 

•   Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 475  

•   Prepaid Delivery:** Rs. 450  
  

International Orders

For international shipments, please note the following:  

Taxes and Duties:

All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and additional fees. FITU ships packages on a **Duty and Taxes Unpaid** basis, meaning these charges are **not calculated during checkout** and will need to be settled upon delivery.  

Responsibility for Fees:

  Any applicable customs, import, or collection fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid for the package to clear customs.  

Customs Declaration:

Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on the package(s). Taxes and fees are determined based on factors like location, item value, and materials. As customs policies vary by country, FITU cannot estimate these charges or influence the decision of customs authorities.
